At JOYNÉE, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
